We changed the windows upstairs, replaced the doors and kitchen windows, and added a roof over the kitchen door. The 80's kitchen window is going, too...

Out with the old (walls), in with the new (beams)...
A long, large wooden beam on huge posts, is basically holding up the 2nd floor of the house - and the steel beam is hanging on, too.
